Christmas is just around the corner and this year we are taking golf discs to the kids at Scottish Rite Hospital that are too sick to go home at Christmas. This will be the 7th year for our visit
and cant wait to help get the kids in the holliday spirit!
It is $30 per child to sponsor and each child recieves a set of golf discs delivered by Jolly Old Saint Nick(Me) and wife Mrs.Claus (The fabulous and beautiful Kelly Meeker Mecca) if you are interested in sponsoring a child just use any donate button and indicate the number of kids who you want to sponsor at $30 each as well as number of discs you might want for yourself or kids. If you would like a disc for yourself or your kids add $20 to cover the cost plus shipping cost to you. If would like more than one disc for yourself or others they are $10 each after the first disc ordered, and WE WILL EAT the shipping... along with the cookies.
We also do home visits for kids, so if you don't want to go to the mall..Just have a chair ready...our schedule fills very quickly. So if you're interested, write VISIT (D/FW only) in the note field, and Kris or Mrs Kringle will be in touch.

DiscGames.org was founded by amputee disc golfer Randy Mecca to help promote disc golf for its recreational and therapeutic benefits. "Disc golf was instrumental in helping me get back onto my feet after my amputation in 1984, and I wanted to pass it on" said Mecca. In 1997 he installed a 3-hole disc golf course at Texas Scottish Rites youth Fitness Park in Dallas and has helped teach literally thousands to play this lifetime sport since then. In 2019 he designed and built a 9-hole adaptive Disc Golf course at Scotish Rite Sports Medicine Facility in Frisco, where we host several events per year. It is our goal to teach anyone who has a desire to play regardless of physical, mental, or financial challenges. Each year we participate in several sporting events for the disabled in the Southwest and host the DiscGames Fall Flying Disc Festival featuring distance and accuracy contests, wheelchair doubles, disc golf horseshoes and this year's 15th annual Amputee Disc Golf Classic in October
Mission Statement
Wounded Warrior 9 will take place on September 20th, at Scottish Rite disc golf course in Frisco. Basic sponsor packages start at $30 which sponsors
1 Wounded Warrior entry, with disc, and t-shirt. If you sponsor or want to play, you can pick up your packages on the day of the event.
Sponsor at $50 level or higher before July 15th and get a shirt for yourself with your name listed on the back under the phrase "We appreciate your service" All Veterans and Wounded Warriors play for free.
